Five angles for Roofing
Small damage becomes an expensive leak
- Open
- Open on the problem itself, before anyone speaks. The viewer should recognise it in under two seconds.
- Show
- The damage, mess or symptom in close-up. No logo, no presenter, no stock smiling. The problem is the hook.
- Say
- Name the problem in plain words, say what it costs if ignored, then offer the one next step. Three sentences, no preamble.
- Avoid
- Do not open on your van, your team photo, or your years in business. Nobody scrolling cares yet.
Calling after the damage spreads costs more
- Open
- Open on a correction. State the thing your customers get wrong, then explain the real mechanism.
- Show
- Hands doing skilled work, or a clear before/after of a diagnosis. Competence is shown, not claimed.
- Say
- One counter-intuitive fact, one reason it is true, one instruction. Authority comes from being specific, not from adjectives.
- Avoid
- Do not list credentials on screen. Unverified claims are also a compliance problem.
An aging roof drags down curb appeal
- Open
- Open on the transformation, mid-motion. Sell the outcome, not the service.
- Show
- The finished result in good light, moving camera, no talking head. The single most beautiful thing you produce.
- Say
- Almost nothing. Let one line of text carry the offer. Music does the work.
- Avoid
- Do not narrate what the viewer can already see. Redundant voiceover kills this format.
Angle 4UGC / first-personHomeowners cannot tell whether a stain is serious
- Open
- Open mid-sentence, as if the camera caught someone already talking.
- Show
- Handheld, imperfect framing, real environment. Polish is the enemy here - it reads as an ad and gets skipped.
- Say
- First person, one specific worry, one relief. The way a customer would actually describe it to a neighbour.
- Avoid
- Do not use a script that sounds written. Read it aloud first; if you would not say it, rewrite it.
Homeowners dislike pushy in-home estimates
- Open
- Open by naming the thing people dislike about your industry, out loud.
- Show
- Plain, direct address. No set dressing, no urgency graphics, no countdown.
- Say
- Acknowledge the objection, remove it, state exactly what happens if they call. The offer is the absence of pressure.
- Avoid
- Do not add scarcity or a fake deadline. It undoes the entire angle.
Nothing here is sent anywhere. The planner runs in your browser.

Fluxio produces all five as finished video ads — vertical, square and wide, with captions and an end card carrying your business name and city. The first concept is free and the launch batch is $500, payable only after you have seen the finished work.
